Clients can log support and request issues which are then tracked throughout the system and forwarded to the proper analyst or support technician for review.
Account Management System Portal:
This application was developed for internal use and for use by many of Computer Associates Fortune 500 Clients. Portal based application allows clients to customize all of their most commonly used functions and tasks into one unique portal interface.
Development Content Manager:
Application developed to allow District Managers and Vice Presidents access to current development projects. Application shows which projects were currently being developed based on region, project manager and number of developers on project.

One of Computer Associates more renowned applications Jasmine ii’s license management application was developed to allow clients and administrators direct access to software license and registration information.

Application was developed to allow clients to push software to it’s employees directly through their networks system administrator.
Designer/Developer Image Repository Interface:
Application developed to give all developers and designers worldwide (7,000 employees) direct access to all of Computer Associates’ image galleries and image files database library. Users can search the database by various criteria including image category, file size, date modified, and creator.
