Your Package Has Been Marked As Delivered

It is rare that a package is marked as delivered and a recipient cannot locate it. The majority of times a package will be located following the below steps. A report for a missing package must be filed within (3) of being marked as delivered.

1. Check Your Property
   At times carriers may hide packages in an effort to help avoid theft. Often a carrier will hide a package behind bushes, in a garage, under a porch chair or other location. Please make sure you have searched your property thoroughly.
2. Contact The Carrier
   As the recipient you will be able to provide the carrier more information about your delivery address and location. Please contact the carrier and ask if they have additional information on where they may have left the package. On rare occassion, packages may be mislabeled as "delivered" but it is still in possession of the carrier.
3. Ask Your Neighbors
   Sometimes a carrier may accidentally deliver a package to the wrong adddress. It is rare, but it does happen. Please check with your immediate neighbors and see if any of them may have your package.
4. Has Someone Else Brought It In
   If you share a living space with someone, please speak with them to see if they have brought in your package. On occassion a spouse or child has taken in packages without notifying the recipient.
5. Contact Property Manager
   If you live in an apartment complex, condo or other residence where they may be a property manager, please contact them and ask if they have possession of your package. Sometimes a package may have been misdelivered to an incorrect unit or was kept in storage for safe keeping.
6. Possible Theft
   Although extremely rare, theft / porch piracy does happen. If you suspect your package was stolen and you have a doorbell camera and are able to confirm theft, please contact your local police department to file a report.

Still Can't Locate Your Package

If you have exhausted the above steps and your order was shipped via the U.S. Postal Service please visit https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and follow Step 3: Submit a Missing Mail Search Request.

You wil be asked for the shipper's address. Please use the following address of my print / shipping partner.

After you have completed a missing mail search request, contact me and provide me with the Case ID you are provided with. I will be able to pass this information along to my print partner so that they may begin the process of issuing a reprint.

If your package was delivered by a carrier other than the U.S. Postal Service, check the tracking page to see if there is a delivery photo indicating where a package may have been left. If you still cannot find your package contact me so my print partner can work with the carrier to either locate your package or issue a reprint.

Your Tracking Label Has Been Created

I understand you'd like more information about your order and when it may be shipped / delivered. This time of year, carriers are picking up bins or pallets filled with packages each day and wait till a package reaches a sorting facility to scan in individual packages. As it gets closer to Christmas, carriers often will not even scan a standard shipped item until it's at its destination post office. I ask that you please be patient if their website shows a pending status or awaiting item.

During the holidays it is common for a carrier's website to incorrectly state they are "Awaiting A Package" even after their local driver has picked it up from my print warehouse. The U.S. Post Office website can sometimes take several weeks to update, this is normal.

I understand it is frustrating to not see any updates on the tracking page, this is beyond my control and I will not be able to respond to emails asking "When will my order be shipped?" or "The carrier website states they don't even have the package."

Print On Demand / Made To Order Production

All items are sent to my print partner to be print on demand when ordered. Please keep production times in mind as I do not keep physical inventory that ships out immediately. During the holidays, orders are processed in the order they are received with priority given to those orders with expedited options selected.

Print Production Times

The following are average production times for my pieces to be produced.

• Small Prints: 1-3 Days
• Large Prints: 2-4 Days
• Drink Coasters: 2-3 Days
• Hardcover Book: 5-7 Days
• Small Canvas Wraps: 2-5 Days
• Large Canvas Wraps: 3-6 Days
• Message On Canvas: Additional (2) days, though I personally try to add these as quickly as possible
• Personalized Add Ons: Additional (14) days for design process

To keep costs down while maintaining an efficient production and delivery time I am reliant on third party carriers to deliver all orders. As we are now in the holiday season, carriers often experience delays due to an extreme increase in packages and may not update their tracking systems in real time.

It Has Been More Than 20 Days Since Label Created

If the carrier's tracking page has shown that they are "Awaiting A Package" and it has been more than (20) days since the label's creation, you may complete a information request by continuing to the next page. Any submissions created from this form with less than (20) days of label being created will not be received.

Posted Cutoff Dates for Holiday Orders

If your order date is after the posted cutoff date, you will not receive a response until after December 25th.

• Express: Dec. 16

As you either did not place your order before the cutoff date that was displayed during checkout or it has not been (20) days since the last scan, please contact me after December 25th for assistance. If you attempt to submit a request with an invalid order date, I will not be able to assist you.
