Handling / Shipping Times & Rates
Print On Demand Production
To keep things efficient, orders are automatically sent to one of my print partners for production. Below are the average production times for each item so you know what to expect.
Small Prints: 1-2 Days
Large Prints: 2-3 Days
Drink Coasters: 2-3 Days
Small Canvas Wraps: 2-4 Days
Large Canvas Wraps: 3-5 Days
Hardcover Book: 5-7 Days
(ships separate from other items)
If you added personalization, add the following time:
Message On Canvas: 2 days
Personalized Print / Canvas: 14 Days
Please note these are just averages and not guaranteed dates and processing & production time will increase during peak holiday seasons. I currently ship orders within the United States and Canada.
Depending on the size and type of product ordered, I use FedEx, UPS or USPS to deliver your orders. Most customers receive their order in about 7–10 calendar days, after placing their order. Please note these are averages and times may vary during seasonality and / or carrier issues beyond my control. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipping. I have no control over delays caused by carriers and am not responsible in the event your order arrives later than you might prefer.
About Shipping Methods
Rush moves your order to the front of the production queue and ships it with an upgraded priority. Standard is shipped basic standard priority, prints typically ship USPS, canvas wraps typically ship UPS or FedEx. Free Shipping enters production with the lowest priority and will take a little longer to arrive.
U.S. Standard Rates
Orders up to $55 – $4.99
Orders $55.01 to $99.99 – $5.99
Orders $100+ -$6.99
U.S. Rush Rates
Orders up to $55 – $25.00
Orders $55.01 to $99.99 – $35.00
Orders $100+ – $40.00
U.S. Free Shipping
Orders $99+ are eligible for free shipping. My site does not automatically default to free shipping as most clients prefer to receive their order as fast as possible. If your order is eligible for free shipping, you must select it at checkout. If you do not select it at checkout, I will not be able to adjust it after purchase.
Canada Standard Rates
Currently, all orders to Canada are shipped standard. Rates are calculated at checkout based upon order value.
Important Info On Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the client will be responsible for any re-shipping fees that apply. My print partners do not carry inventory and will only be able to hold any returned packages for five (5) days. If a client has not responded to requests for an updated address or fails to pay the re-shipping fee, the package will be destroyed and a refund will not be issued.
Print On Order Production
To keep costs down, all items are print directly upon order. This helps ensure 100% quality in the production of the creative pieces. I do not have a gallery or warehouse. I have partnered with several high quality print companies in the United States that help fulfill and ship all orders directly. My fine art prints do not include frames and I do not offer framing options.
How Orders Are Processed
When an order is placed, it is automatically sent to my print production partner closest to the provided shipping address and added to the print production queue. If you requested a personalized message on your canvas wrap, I will do my best to contact you if I notice any glaring spelling mistakes, but your message will be printed as written and you are responsible for any typos or spelling mistakes. If your canvas wrap has a personalized message, please allow additional time so I can ensure that it is to satisfaction.
Preparing Your Orders for Delivery
Every order is handled with the utmost professional care and concern for shipping, handling, and delivery. I take pride in not only the creative aspect, but also the quality of the product as it reflects my overall work. Every print production partner I use is based in the United States and of the highest quality in both production of the work, but also takes extra steps to ensure your product will not be damaged during shipping.
All Orders Are Gift Friendly Packaged
As I know some of my orders are gifts, receipts or any mention of price are not included in the packaging.
What If I Have A Problem With My Order?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, please take one or more digital photos of the item and one or more of the shipping container it arrived in. Within (3) days of carrier marked delivery date, please send me all photos and a description of damage. I will work directly with my printing partners to make sure that you receive a damage-free product.
Do You Personalize / Make Custom Pieces?
Some pieces can be personalized. Canvas prints can be personalized with a message of your selection that is featured on the bottom edge of the canvas. Some of my stadium prints may be personalized to feature you or someone else on a stadium’s jumbotron, where available for an additional design fee. (if you provide a suitable reference photo).

Where Are You Located?
All products on this site are designed exclusively by Brian D. Oakes. Originally from Long Island, New York, my creative studio is now established in Seattle, Washington. Orders are processed and shipped from my print partner locations throughout the United States.
Do You Offer Discounts?
When my print partners offer promotional pricing, I pass the savings on to you. If a discount is available, it will be listed on the product page and must be entered at checkout—only one code per order. Discounts do not apply to limited edition designs, drink coasters, hardcover books, or personalized items, and cannot be added after purchase. As a small business using secure third-party payment processors, I’m unable to make retroactive adjustments. All codes are subject to change or expiration at any time.
