Can I Cancel My Order?

To help keep costs down and ensure fast delivery, all items are automatically sent to production as soon as an order is placed. Because of this automated process, I’m unable to cancel orders once they’ve been submitted.

Do You Accept Returns?

Since all orders are sent directly to production when placed, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging—we’ll be happy to issue a reprint.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the item and the packaging. Within three (3) days of the delivery date, send the photos along with a brief description of the damage. I’ll work directly with my print partner to ensure you receive a replacement in perfect condition.

What If I Don't Like The Finished Product

As an artist, I understand that creative design is subjective—which is why I provide as many product photos as possible to ensure you know exactly what to expect. I want every customer to feel proud displaying my work in their home or office, and I take product quality very seriously. However, to keep costs low and offer fair pricing, all items are printed to order, and I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.
