The building is stacked into a single frame. The Xcel Energy Center name burning red above the ice, the celebration filling the screen overhead, the banners of Minnesota hockey ringing the deck. Then the arena itself along the bottom, the curved glass lit from inside, and the crow’s nest with the lighthouse and the foghorn in it. Walk the concourse in that building and you will pass a jersey for every single high school hockey team in the state. Boys and girls. All of them. Nobody else in the league does that, because nobody else in the league would think of it.

My son is a Vikings fan and my daughter-in-law is from Wisconsin and naturally is a Packers fan. They have a wall in their house with Vikings memorabilia on one side and Packers memorabilia on the other. These prints will fit right in. I haven’t decided on who gets the Wild one. I like it so I might just be selfish and keep it! I am anxious for Christmas to come.
